Thats why I'm easy; I'm easy like Sunday morning

Today's run was a breeze. The weather was a bit chilly from the wind, but otherwise hovered at about 52 degrees and made for perfect running weather. It felt good, and it was a great close to to the 27 min run week :)

On to milestone 1 Saturday - 1st Half hour run!

In the meantime, its time to watch some March Madness and see if Michael Beasley is the real deal against USC...
