Things have been crazy busy lately, but I'm still truckin'!

I made it all the way down to, around Burke lake, and back twice last week for about an hour and 8 miles a piece. Details to follow...I've gotta get back to the buzz of the busy bee.

Changes to the training also coming for sure this week. I'll follow up hopefully this Wednesday with all the juicy details.
